Three siblings reunite at their grandfather’s funeral, only to learn he left them the family farm with one condition: they must all move back and live there. Ted, who’s stayed on the farm, is determined to preserve their childhood home, but Jim and Rosa have built lives elsewhere. The lawyer explains that if even one of them refuses, the farm will go to the state.
Jim and Rosa are reluctant, citing their careers and Ryan’s settled life. But Ted holds onto hope, trying to convince them by reliving their childhood memories through music and moments on the farm. Despite his efforts, Jim and Rosa prepare to leave.
However, after a moment of reflection, Jim and Rosa return, moved by Ryan’s attachment to the farm and the realization of the farm’s importance. They decide to stay, reuniting as a family and bringing the farm—and their memories—back to life.
