Sad news: Mamma Mia! and Leopoldstadt actress Gina Ferrall dies at 67

The Broadway community is mourning the loss of actress Gina Ferrall, who has died at 67 after a brief battle with uterine sarcoma.

Known for her roles in Mamma Mia!, Big River, Leopoldstadt, Beauty and the Beast, and Les Misérables, Ferrall enjoyed a Broadway career spanning more than three decades. She also appeared in TV shows including Law & Order, FBI, and Blue Bloods.

Born in San Francisco in 1958, Ferrall became a respected and beloved figure in theater, admired for her talent, versatility, and dedication to the stage.

She is survived by her husband, Broadway drummer Kory Grossman.
