Alexander Brothers Found Guilty in Massive Sex Trafficking Case — Face Possible Life in Prison
Oren, Alon and Tal Alexander have been found guilty in what prosecutors called one of the largest sex-trafficking cases ever handled by the U.S. Department of Justice.
A federal jury convicted the three brothers on multiple charges, including sex trafficking, conspiracy and sexual abuse, after days of deliberations.
Once celebrated figures in the luxury real estate world, with connections in Miami, New York and Aspen, their reputations collapsed after numerous women accused them of drugging, assaulting and trafficking victims over several years.
Prosecutors alleged the brothers used force, fraud and coercion to exploit women and arranged encounters across different locations, including the Hamptons and Mexico.
The brothers denied the accusations and pleaded not guilty, with their defense arguing the claims were financially motivated.
Following the verdict, U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton said the decision cannot erase the suffering of victims but sends a strong message that authorities will continue fighting sex trafficking.
The three men remain in custody and could face life in prison when they are sentenced in August.
