Posted by Turkish-based cosmetic surgeon “Dr May,” the video shows 68-year-old Miss Dilek, who underwent a rhinoplasty, facelift, and eyelid surgery over two years. The results were so striking that many doubted the photos were of the same person.
“Miss Dilek after two years of surgeries. I await your comments,” Dr May captioned the post. The comments poured in — some praising the results, others questioning their authenticity.
Despite deactivating his Instagram, Dr May has gained nearly 32,000 TikTok followers. One of his most viral videos — a U.S. patient’s nose job — has over five million views.
Turkey’s popularity in medical tourism continues to grow, drawing over 100,000 patients annually for procedures like rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, and breast surgeries. Most visitors come from the Middle East and Europe, drawn by the country’s accessibility and competitive prices.
