Riley Keough ‘donated her eggs’ to John Travolta and late wife Kelly Preston for their son Ben, claims court documents

Posted on December 18, 2025 By admin

A new lawsuit has made a shocking claim that John Travolta’s youngest son, Benjamin, may not be the biological child of his late wife, Kelly Preston. Instead, the suit alleges that actress Riley Keough is Benjamin’s biological mother.

Travolta and Preston, who married in 1992, had three children: Jett, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin. Preston died in 2020 after a private battle with breast cancer. Benjamin was born nearly two years after the death of Jett.

According to court documents cited by Page Six and People, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner Birgitte Kruse claims that Kelly was unable to conceive and that Riley Keough, daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, donated her eggs, which were used to conceive Benjamin. The lawsuit alleges Keough was compensated for the donation.

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley strongly denied the claims, calling them “outrageous” and “shameful,” and said the allegations will be addressed in court.
