Claim about Erika Kirk being involved in child trafficking, debunked

Posted on January 18, 2026 By admin

Erika Kirk is grieving the loss of her husband, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was killed weeks ago, leaving behind his wife and two children. As she steps into the role of CEO, false and disturbing rumors began circulating online accusing her of child trafficking.

The claims alleged her Romanian Angels charity was involved in trafficking children in Romania, but fact-checking site Snopes debunked them, stating there is no evidence to support the accusations. Snopes confirmed that neither news reports nor charity materials link Erika Kirk or her organization to any trafficking activity.
