Former NASCAR Driver Passed Away At 42

Former NASCAR driver Chase Pistone has died at the age of 42, his family confirmed. His brother Nick Pistone announced the news, expressing heartbreak and sharing a message of love and grief.

Pistone began racing at age 6 and built a successful motorsports career, winning four Summer Shootout Championship Legends titles and over 80 feature victories across multiple racing series, including NASCAR developmental competitions. The Charlotte, North Carolina, native last competed professionally in 2014.

The family did not disclose the cause of death but shared the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline number (988), encouraging anyone struggling to seek help.
