The Alexander brothers—Oren, Alon, and Tal—have been found guilty in one of the largest sex-trafficking cases prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice.
A federal jury convicted them on all counts after three days of deliberation. They now face life in prison.
Once prominent figures in luxury real estate across Miami, New York, and Aspen, their downfall came after multiple women accused them of drugging, trafficking, and sexually assaulting victims over several years.
Prosecutors said the brothers used force, fraud, and coercion to traffic women for sex, transporting victims across states and even to places like the Hamptons and Mexico.
The jury considered 10 charges, including sex trafficking, conspiracy, and sexual abuse. All three were charged in connection with trafficking a woman in 2016, with additional charges involving minors and other victims dating back to 2009–2014.
Some allegations included drugging incapacitated victims and recording assaults without consent.
The brothers pleaded not guilty, claiming the accusations were financially motivated. Their defense denied wrongdoing throughout the trial.
Prosecutors called the verdict a major step in fighting sex trafficking.
They remain in custody in Brooklyn awaiting sentencing on August 6 and also face multiple civil lawsuits and additional criminal charges in Florida.
